Broadband not available, but office in same building has it

Hi Virgin, 

I live in a small apartment block with 1 office on the ground floor and 6 apartments above the office. The office has gigabit fibre via virgin (not dedicated) but the apartments only have ADSL / hit and miss 5g.

I was hoping to have someone investigate if its possible to connect the apartments. 

The office has a different post code but is the same building (with a separate front door), the virgin connection for the office actually enters the building next to the apartment entrance however. 

Happy to provide more details of course, but i saw others on the forum seemed to have some luck getting things looked at.
