Hi, i ordered the 250mbs package and was approved on 13th June, i was charged a one off payment of £80 and i am still waiting on my self install pack. My Ref No. is 7531678354452426

This seems a long time to wait after being accepted, is there a way to cancel this order and request my money back? every time i phone i am waiting 30 - 45 mins with no answer whatsoever. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried the pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734?

You should not be charged anything until your equipment is delivered.

Topics on here regularly mention delays in Yodel delivering. Some recent topics have mentioned long lead times for Quick Start due to lack of available equipment.

You are unlikely to get a reply from a VM person here in 'Community Natter'. A moderator or VIP might move your topic to 'Quick Start' where a VM person should reply, usually within a few days.
