Area Reference - Neath, South Wales, SA11 3HR

Where can I get the area reference for Neath, SA11 3HR ?

On booking a broadband installation a typo was made in my email address.  I contacted VM via a chat and they took my correct email address and said I could now register.  However they did not provide the area reference and obviously I can't get into my online account to find it on the contract/invoice as I need it to register in the first place !

I wish they had simply provided it during the chat as now I'm no further forward !
