I am wanting to sign up to virgin for my broadband but when I type in my post code my address is not shown. I have filled in the forms several times and never had a reply. All the addresses around me can get the service and my address is listed on the Royal Mail webpage so what can I do to resolve this

Sorry to hear that your address isn't showing on our postcode checker and that the team haven't been in touch. They would normally only contact us if there's any further update to provide regarding installation.
Have you been in touch with our new customer sales team to see what information they have on their side regarding the address? New customer sales can be contacted on 0800 183 1234.
