Hi
I have spoken to multiple call agents about this and don't seem to be getting anywhere. My address is not listed on the website, originally this was due to the address not listed with Royal Mail, this has been updated and now Royal Mail list my address on their website. I have then been told that my house is marked as demolished which seems to be blocking any further action, a ticket has been raised again but as this has been on going for a few months I would like an update about whether my property can infact get service. There is a Virgin Media Coax outlet in the property, which has a cable going to the street box and the previous tenants also had VM service.
