Hi, I was hoping to get Virgin Media broadband at the flat I’ve moved into, but when going to do so I couldn’t find my flat under the postcode. Majority of the other flats in my building were listed, so how do I rectify this so I can purchase my broadband package?

Hi, could someone please get in touch with me as well on this? I am having the same issue as all flats listed for the same building do have access, however my own does not show up (it does on Royal Mail etc). Many thanks
