Hi,
I am also experiencing a similar issue. I am moving into a new house and the property doesn't show to purchase a package; however a house opposite shows on the checker. I have filled in this form and have not had any contact since, any help would be appreciated!

Hi Zach,
No update yet, just a further bit of context. I'm moving to a new house, and this currently doesn’t show on the virgin search. This is a new ish build (4 years) and isn't connected to Virgin, however an older property opposite is connected. The house is at the start of the street, next to a green box which is across the road. Was wondering if there was any possibility of getting the property connected to Virgin as the distance from the box to the property is short. I appreciate these things are based on commercial sense and therefore am willing to contribute to costs to help initiate this installation as I am cautious as I work from home a lot and have a lot of connections so ideally want 1Gib speeds.
