I would like to have Virgin Broadband services but our address (postcode) say not available. My mother on law, who lives next to us has Virgin so I know it is in the area, the problem is we have different postcodes so the system says no.

If possible I would like to speak to an engineer or tech person to see what can be done?

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help.
