virgin media connect not working

 not working tried deleting and reinstalling app hub reset nothing working 

please help me

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the Connect ap.
Please try the following and let us know how it goes:

For your Apple device, you can try this: Open Settings > Tap your name > Tap iCloud > Tap Manage Settings > Tap the Connect App > Tap Delete Data. 
For your Android device, you can try this: Open settings > Apps > Connect App > Storage > Clear data / Clear cache.

If you are using an Android device can you please ensure you have the following settings enabled:
Location Permissions (Settings > Apps > Virgin Media Connect > Permissions)
Nearby devices (Settings > Google devices & Sharing > Scan for nearby devices).

I have had a similar issue, but i cannot find the VM connect app data on my IOS device.

I'm sorry to hear that these issues are ongoing. Have you also ensured that you have the latest version of iOS installed on the handset?

Along with this, can you clarify what it is that you're looking to do with the Connect App exactly? Are you experiencing any issues with your connection at all?
