Hello everybody,
I have been with virgin media for 3 months now and still don't have a router, I have tried phoning and phoning but this has been to no avail yet still been charged for 2 months' bills so far... even though we have nothing so far. Since phoning hasn't worked I am posting here to hope I can get some tips or be sent in the right direction to get this sorted once and for all. 

From what I have gathered from the technician who, bless him, has been sent out 4 times to us to do the same check each time because the people I have spoken to don't seem to understand it's not something he can fix. The box on the side of our house has the wrong address and is saying we live on the wrong road in the Virgin media system apparently which then causes the wrong port number in our box. Because of this, no router has been installed and even if it was installed it would be redundant. Is there any way someone knows who I should contact to get this changed or to look into this properly instead of sending a poor technician to read the same number from the box outside in the rain because that hasn't worked? 

My apologies for any attitude within this message but I am getting quite sick of waiting especially when I am still being charged for nothing except a hassle of phoning them once every 2 weeks.
