moving router to another room

hello,

My router was installed at one end of the house and the signal doesn't stretch to the rooms at the other side. Would it be possible to book an engineer to move the router more centrally?

Many thanks,

Rob

Yes - they charge £25.

Call it in on the usual fault number and they will book it for you - or a VM person will respond here in a few days.
