internet and tv down this morning

internet was working fine this early morning and now nothing,no tv no internet,currently using tethered mobile.

are there any outages in wf4 5jx area?

router flashing red and both downstairs and upstairs tv boxes flashing showing the in/out arrows.

just came back on all working.

It’s a good idea to check service status before posting (0800 561 0061). Network faults are usually posted within 10 minutes of being detected by network equipment.

there was no service fault at the time of posting..it would be good idea to check before posting replies.
