Received my new hub 5 yesterday and setup was fine and all devices connected no problem at all. After less than 24hrs every other device in the house is connected apart from the Xbox series x and the firesticks.
Xbox connects but with no IP or NAT there is no issues with the tablets or phones though. Reset the Xbox firesticks and hub and had no lick resolving this.
I don't want to have to go down the route of buying a separate router as the whole point is it to be all in one. I'm hoping someone has found a solution to this as it seems to have been a major problem for a couple of years

Check in the Hub 5 admin menu for:
1) Wi-Fi Filtering entries
2) MAC Address Filtering entries.

Turns out it was as simple as changing the SSID names
