VM and Amazon Firestick

Hey,

So recently my firestick in my TV will not connect to my firestick.

I’ve removed VM from the firestick reconnected and it does not want to connect. It can see the network the password is fine.

Wi-Fi works on other devices. Just the firestick.

I know it’s not the firestick as I made my phone a hotspot and connect direct to that and it worked fine so it’s certainly the VM hub 3 that it doesn’t like.

Reset the router deleted the profile from the firestick…same problem.

Anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve? Many thanks in advance

    Hey, I've had a similar issue with my Firestick not connecting to the VM Hub 3. It detects the network, but won't connect despite the correct password. Wi-Fi works on other devices, and the Firestick connects fine to a mobile hotspot. I've tried resetting the router and removing the profile from the Firestick, but no luck.

    Failing to connect to the Wi-Fi of the Hub 3 suggests use of Wi-Fi Pausing.

    Our Firestick is working fine via a Hub 3, we have Virus Safe Enabled
    and Parental Controls Disabled.
