Wifi with SH3 in modem mode?

I've had my SH3 in modem mode for a few years now and have my own router which has wifi. As I'm thinking of changing my router to a non wifi one, does the SH3 still have wifi whilst in modem mode. I'm guessing it doesn't but want to be sure.

I do have 2 wifi access points in my house,so I won't be losing anything, as long as wifi is available on the SH3

Thanks

No, in modem mode the Hub is just a "bridge" to the VM Network and your own Router.  All router functions on the Hub are disabled, so to speak.

I use a non wifi router, and have supplied my own PoE Wifi Access Points throughout the house.

Thanks, I didn't think it did.

I have 2 ubiquiti PoE AP's , and currently they are plugged into my wifi router. If you have the same , where or what do you connect them to to give you and internet connection, or do they just work through  the VM modem.

Thanks

I have the AP's connected to a PoE switch, which is connected to my main switch and on to a Draytek 2927 router. The AP's have the router IP as the gateway so internet is via the Draytek.  Pretty straightforward really.

The VM  Hub is in modem mode.

Ubiquiti kit is very good, I have a lot. They have just announced a WiFi 7 AP for £170.

Commission? no I'm not. My 2 AP's also have IP addresses, and are plugged into a switch also.

Thanks
