Wifi pods

Hey there please help, I have gone through the connect app all around my house in two different directions I have less 10mb the app says I needs pods but just tells me to login to order which I already am so I log in again just takes me back to to my virgin media homepage I have tried to call the number twice and both times I have been waiting over one hour on phone so hung up please please help me and so I can have two pods one for each direction of my house I pay all this morning and you promise things but make it so hard to do anything please help …..

Unfortunately VM customer services are a joke, you'll have to wait to a moderator/staff member sees your post... It's a crap situation but it's one we've all had to suck up.

For info, they can only issue one pod at a time (rules are rules apparently) but eventually you are able to to have a total of 3. This is assuming you are on one of the packages that allow free pods, otherwise you need to pay for them

Thanks for the info yeah I should get them free as on the 1gig package it's so frustrating that you have to waste so much time to try gets things organised.
