Hi having moved to Virgin from sky in November, and having endured a bumpy road shall we say, wifi has been ok until recently.
We lost wifi almost all day 30th March now no wifi again on 1st April. Checking area it says wifi ok with green tick, it is not, there is a problem.
Really not ideal over Easter weekend especially when I need to work from home today.
Can anybody at Virgin look into this? Online chat does not work either for some reason.

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing an issue with your connection, I can see that you have had an engineer appointment arranged, has this been attended yet? If so what has the engineer suggested?
