wifi terrible upstairs, constantly buffering on 1 Gig, got one booster but not helping at all can I have multiple?

You can get up to 3 Pods. You will need to show via the Connect app, the extra Pods are needed? Also be careful of the Pod placement, they need to be about halfway between the weak wifi spot and the Hub. They will be useless if placed in the weak wifi area.

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment. As advised by Adduxi you can have up to 3 WiFi pods. I have looked into this on our system and can see that you have issues with your up and down stream channels that could be affecting your connection. This will need an engineer visit to resolve the problems, I can arrange the appointment from here but would need to confirm a few details via a private message, that I will drop over in a moment.
