WiFi pods

I have got the white WiFi pods but they don't have WiFi 6 and the new black ones do. I keep asking VM about getting the new black pods but they don't seem to understand what I'm on about. I just want one of the new black pod as it has WiFi 6 and I have device that use it.

Do you have the HUB5 or HUB5X ?

I have been in contact with virgin media. They said that they are sending the black pods to replace the white ones I have but I haven't got a email about it yet.
