Hi,
Our wifi pods stopped working when we moved from a Hub 3 to Hub 5. We’ve called the technical Helpdesk and they are at a loss despite me saying they need to do something to link them to the new Hub 5.
Can anyone give me some advice on how to help the technical Helpdesk sort this?

VM clearly did not see these pods linking to hub a problem.
