I’ve plugged in a new WIFi pod as per instructions. It doesn’t show on the Virgin Media connect App
Should it? I can’t find the answer on their website.

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.
With our WIFI Pods if they were ordered through us and installed, they should appear on the app, however it can take up to 24 hours for the account to fully sync the install to all systems such as the Connect app, best way to check if this working would be to check the following:
White pod - The light on the Pod has gone off and the pod has no lights on it.
Black pod - There is a low dim white light which is steady and not pulsing.

What a useless device. Any third party solution would work immediately and wouldn’t need to use that useless Connect App.
