Broadband keeps dropping out Tn233ja ashford..Any update as to when this fault is going to be rectified ? Intermittent since yesterday lunchtime.

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.

I don’t know who is worse 02 or VM..sort my broadband or above your contract up your **** !!!!

Just pop in the surname of the Account Holder and the postcode, any known faults will be listed.

If nothing, please sign in to the checker using your online account details and run the fault test on the affected service.
