WiFi hub losing connection on and off

Hi everyone

Having some trouble with my router lately. For the past 2-3 days I’ve had random moments where my WiFi will disconnect, the main light will show green and then flash green, with the WiFi and arrow symbol also flashing green. The line symbol then turns white but the other symbols stay green (sometimes flashing) 

It lasts for about 10-15 minutes, then comes back on. Doesn’t sound like a long time without but it’s really frustrating having that happen when I’m in the middle of using the WiFi and when it’s happening every hour (like it seems to be doing today). Yesterday it only happened about 2-3 times, day before that it was once or twice but today it seems to be constant and unpredictable. I’ve been trying to fix it myself before calling virgin or having engineers come out etc so if anyone has any advice or experience with this I’d appreciate any help. 

Normally the WiFi is fantastic and when I first joined it was no faults whatsoever, I’ve only started having issues since the first time I had to call an engineer out because a neighbour had messed with the wrong wires when setting up their QuickStart box and cut all the flats with virgin off lol. Ever since that it’s been the occasional issue and now it seems to be happening a bit more regular. before any of that it was completely perfect. I doubt this has anything to do with what’s happening currently though.

We can see there are some issues with the power levels to your Hub which may be a factor in the performance.
