Are he pods halfway between he VM hub and the location of the target machine/mobile? They must not be in the same location as the target.

Cheers - they in different locations

I had one in hallway on ground floor where the connection was always great. I then had another to improve signal on first floor on bedroom. The connection on both is now poor and keeps dropping out. Have tried resetting ?

Are you sure your devices are connecting via the VM Pods ?

Hi @Di-Baggo thanks for your post here although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised here.

As @Client62 has advised, are you sure your devices are in fact connected to the WiFi Pods themselves, and not the main Hub network as they do have the same names?

We'd advise using the Connect App for further help as you should be able to identify this there.

Many thanks
