I have the connect app and it will not recognise the pod. It just slowly blinks a white light. I have left if sitting next to my hub4 for over 24 hours, as some have suggested, and it has not connected. I have reset my hub4 back to factory settings also with no joy.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

If its a new Pod, it may not have bee associated/activated onto ypur account yet.
First, call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (follow options) and check with them. You will need the Model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers of ALL pieces of kit and also your account number - see if they can sort it for you

I used the number and the Pod was not registered. It now has.
