Got a new hub 5 on Thursday and unable to pair my white WiFi pod. Tried moving it close to the hub and it flashes but does not connect and isn’t shown on the connect app. Spoke to support but they didn’t understand and just emailed me a link for set up instructions which I gave already tried multiple times. Seen a number of posts saying something needs to be changed by vm to enable them to work or maybe need a new pod? Can anyone help please?

The Pods are supposed to be registered to the Hub, or they will never work.
Try moving the Pod beside the Hub and using the WPS button to see if that works.
Also try calling the equipment activation number they may be able to help. It's 0800 953 9500 and you will need the Hub/Pod serial number/MAC address from the barcode sticker, and your account number.
If all this fails, just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss.

Pods still not working, tried the number but it doesn’t get through to support just gives options and none apply. I now have very poor signal upstairs due to pods not connecting to new hub.

Hi Greyskullg,
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear your pods are still not connecting to your Hub 5.0, did you follow the instructions from Adduxi, move the Pods to the same room as the Router, they can take up to 48 hours to connect, once the lights have gone off put then back where needed.

Been trying for almost a week- still not connecting just flashing continuously and not finding the new hub.

All sorted now - thanks everyone. Something needed sorting at VM so now working fine.
