Wi-Fi Pods Broken After New Hub Installed

Hi there,
I’m having terrible trouble with my wi-if not working properly for some time now. I was promised 3 pods as part of my new package, but I’ve only been sent 2. The Wi-Fi was still really poor, so they have sent me another hub 3. My existing two pods can’t connect to the new hub 3. So the Wi-Fi is terrible. I have contacted them many times and I have just been told technicians are going to get back to me but did not in their promised timeframe. We have tried to reset them as per virgins instructions, but with no joy. I am so fed up. I’m now thinking of moving away from virgin as they never seem to fix the issue I have. I could get the same package for a lot less, I’m paying a lot of money for a poor service. As for the hub 3 and pods, they are either not working properly or just don’t work as well as virgin say they should. I’m a very unhappy customer. 



Call the activation number 0800 953 9500, request the VM Pods are paired to the replacement Hub.

For the call have to hand your VM a/c number, the full details from the new Hub’s sticker and ALL the VM Pods.

We've ran checks on the line and at the time of writing, there are no issues on the line.

How are things today for you, are the WiFi Pods operational again or do you still need further support?
