Wi-Fi Pod - how do I check it's connected to my new Hub 4 router?

Hi Folks,

Just installed a new Hub 4 from VM and I have a wifi pod that was working happily with my old Hub 3 - how do I check the wi-fi pod is connected? it's not showing as a connected device on my router's we page.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Djuro

Hi

Not sure if you have the Black or White pod but have you tried connecting using the WPS buttons on hub & pod. I know it has WPS on black pod but not sure on white one.

Good luck

thanks - It's a white pod so simply plugs into the mains....

Hi Djurornic 👋 welcome back to community! Thank you for posting to let us know about your Hub 4 / POD set up.

The POD's are sent out automatically provisioned to the hub you have at the time. If you have had a hub replacement, it is likely we will need to re-pair the pods for you remotely. We will just need to send you a PM to confirm a few account details so we can arrange this for you.

I will do this for you now - you can find the PM in the top right corner of the page in your Inbox. 📩 We can then return to this public thread with another update when possible. Thank you for your patience in the meantime!

Wishing you all the best. 🌞

Molly

Hi could I get help with this . Had new black pods sent out to replace the white ones . They worked for about a week and now both work connect . I have reset the hub 5.

Hiya Farrow1234,

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums about your issue with your black WIFI Pods, sorry if it's been causing you some frustration!

Can we ask if you've had a Hub replacement since installing the Pods?

Also, do you see any flashing lights on the pods that may indicate an issue?

Thanks,

Meg
