I have been waiting since November for WiFi pods. I have no internet in one of my bedrooms and very poor connection to my Ring door bell. I have tried just about every avenue possible to get someone to send them out!! Spent hours and hours on WhatsApp, chat line, phone, complaints procedure, all to no avail. I get promised 5 working days, then 14 days from order, also can’t see an order so ordering again. When oh when will I get them?? This is the worst customer service I have ever in my life had. I have been with Virgin since the days of Diamond cable. No longer will I be loyal to Virgin. Can’t wait for my contract to come to an end. Please someone help me, save me from having to contact you again to chase the order spending more hours on the phone!!

We have had exactly the same problem since November last year. Keep ringing , WhatsApp, chat and complaints. Promise within 5days, then 14 days. Spending hours on the phone to no avail. What the hell is going on with Virgin. Been with them for 30 odd years , we to are in our 70s and I feel we are npbeing taken for fools. I too am thinking the ombudsman is my next step. We still haven’t got our pods. Did you ever get yours?

I’ve tried every avenue to no avail. They all promise they are on an order. Will be with me within 5 days, then 14 days. Still not got them. Cannot bare to contact them again as you hang on for hours to be connected, then hours going through your problems with yet another person and they all say the same thing. They are going to be with me soon!! Just palming us of all the time. I have been with Virgin since Diamond cable days and I have never known such atrocious customer service!!
