Login to the VM Hub menu and turn off the 5GHz Wi-Fi for a period of time.
This is the simplest way to ensure all your kit is on the same 2.4GHz band.

Another practical approach is to set the Wi-Fi SSID/Password of the new VM Hub to be the same as the previous VM Hub, this reconnects devices quickly and without needed to re-connect one at a time.

Thank you for your speedy reply but Ime not technical so I don’t know how to get into my vm hub

In your browser’s URL type in 192.168.0.1 if in router mode or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode. No need to log in - just click on the “Router Status” icon/text at bottom-middle (Hub3/4/5) or top/right (SH’s) - of the Login page.

Or... if you have to login just follow the login details pathway.

Then navigate to the wireless pages.
