Virginmedia has not got my contract on file as it was before it went digital.

Who do I contact regarding my contract  joined 18th September 2014 they have no info on my contract as it was before they went digital.

Log onto your online VM account and see what it shows on there

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I went onto live chat they said I have a rolling monthly contract.  If I wanted to switch to another provider I would not have to pay to leave.  Just wanted to know where I stand regarding my contract.  Many thanks for replying to my query.

A rolling contract has no tie-in or exit fee - you can just leave with 28-days notice.
