Hello, I have received a second white WiFi pod , this one isn't connecting it's been flashing white for around 4 hours now , I have tried in different rooms , switched hub5 off and on etc the first one I had connected within 10 minutes and I can move to another room and it will connect again within 2 minutes, any advice will be welcome also I did try calling virgin media after 40 minutes the call just ended . Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that your new Pod doesn't appear to be connecting. It's likely that we will need to pair them up with your Hub.
