Hi, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the virgin media connect app and cleared the cache etc and the app keeps saying not connected to the Internet altho I am connected to the main hub, I'm wondering if this is an issue or if this can be fixed in anyway?

The Connect app is so flaky it is quite useless for us.
Manage the Hub directly at http://192.168.0.1 login with the Hub Password.
