Going round in circles here.
The VM Connect app doesn't show my hub. Message "it's a problem at our end"
I have been sent a wifi booster and it isn't allowing me to set it up as it says there isn't a hub in the VM connect app.
Can't find any answer online, help!

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
Sorry to hear you are having issues with our connect app and setting up your pod/booster
I'd like to take a look into this for you as we can first get the pod set up then we can look at the connect app afterwards.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
