Unauthorised trespass on private land

Yesterday installation of your services were being carried out on the main road at the top of our private driveway. Your team decided that It was a sensible move to completely block access to our driveway meaning that both myself and one of our neighbours couldn't access the properties. Today two of your installers were seen trampling over boarders on our private drive behind electric gates. Do they not think that a sign that says private drive and has gates on it possibly requires permission! This is trespassing! Do not do it again!! Please inform your teams that no permission has been granted to permit them to step one toe onto our private drive. None of the residents have requested your services and no permission is given. Any damage to planting and/or driveway surface will result in legal action. Its bad enough you lot digging up the council pathways and then botching the infill, so there is no way we want you anywhere near our properties for a service no one wants or needs.

One thing to note, they will be contractors employed by VM although of course VM are ultimately responsible. Best to post the contractors name if possible, it may make the resolution quicker.

They were TG Ram Ltd. I don't really expect Virgin Media to contact me, or do anything about it so if I see these guys again I'll just lay under their van and get the neighbours to rip their cables out and shove them where the sun don't shine. Useless company. Worse than BT and that's saying something.
