Splitter Box Removal

Hi - I have an old, large and unsightly splitter Box which used to hold the TV and phone cables. It now only has the router cable running into it and I would like it removed. I've tried without success to have an engineer sent out but I understand that this can be done for a few of £25.  Could this be arranged please as we are remodeling the room and it would make a big difference if we could remove the box. Thanks

Call it in as a request for moving the Hub.  The CS  can usually do this simply - will cost £25
