Hi,
I recently switched to virgin media 2 weeks ago.
I am originally from Germany and before I never had an issue accessing German apps or streams. When I tried it today I could not login or access any of my apps.
After some googling I read about a soft lock that night be the cause of it. I also read that this can or will be lifted after 30 days being with virgin media. Is this true?
Is there anything that can be done otherwise?

I would have assumed you cant access the German services because they are geo-blocked to Germany.
You may need to VPN to Germany to access these services or they simply may not allow this. Check their terms and conditions.
Are they Android/iPhone apps? Have you tried accessing these services using mobile data?

So that we can home in on your issue (the replies you've received would be correct), please provide us with at least one German site/app or whatever you cannot reach. Allows us to experiment.
