Hi I’ve given up so any help would be great. Some of my smart lights have started playing up and have now stopped working. I can’t add any new devices I’ve bought. I’ve reset the router (hub4), changed passwords, everything, but no new devices connect. I’ve not changed any settings eg 5 from 2.4 ( I know devices only work on 2.4). Also I can’t access the router as the password on the router doesn’t work. Fed up tbh.

Can you confirm you are using the settings password, rather than the Wi-Fi password, to access the HUB settings?
You need to split your SSID (Network Name) into two to support smart plugs and lights, or at least disable 5Ghz when pairing devices, then re-enable.
