amera outside my property keep going offline I never had a issue when I was with sky but since being with virgin which might I add is ment to be tree than sky for connectivity on wifi I want to order wifi pod but the vm connect app doesn’t give me the option to order any Help

VM Smart Wi-Fi and use of Wi-Fi Auto channels can result in repeated Wi-Fi instability.
Try with Smart Wi-Fi Disabled, set 2.4GHz on Channel 1 or 6 or 11, try 5GHz on Channel 36 or 44.
