Slow Internet on Firefox, Edge & Chrome

ImNuMBeR1
Tuning in

So after a week or so of having my service activated in my new place the internet speed is slow. Loading websites is equally as slow. Firefox, Chrome and Edge. I'm unsure if its to do with my actual service, a fault or a router problem.

First call 0800 561 0061 - use the automated number to see if there is a fault in your street.

Speed test the service to a Router mode Hub(3/4/5) + your device with the link below.
https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.

The speed at the Hub should reflect your subscription.
The speed any WiFi device draws data at is limited by its data needs and technical abilities.

The connection between my PC and router is running on an Ethernet cable. I just don't get why websites, etc, (especially YouTube) are slow asf.

Hi ImNuMBeR1

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

I'm very sorry to hear about the service issues you're having.

I've taken a look at things from our side and it looks like you'll need an engineer visit.

I'll send you a private message now so I can arrange that for you.

Please look out for the envelope in the top right of the page and pop back to me when you can.
