I’ve just got VM 1Gig to replace Sky broadband. My SkyQ and 2 SkyQ minis are connected via Ethernet (on unmanaged switches) to the Hub. Should I disable the SkyQ mesh (via the engineer settings) or keep it on? Will the minis communicate with the main box via it’s own mesh when passing over recorded / live satellite contents (saving the VM bandwidth) or am I better disabling the wireless capabilities on all the boxes? Thanks.

There have been many posts here about problems with VM Wifi and SkyQ kit. Best to stick to the wired connections and switch IMHO.

Thanks. I've gone into the 'secret' Sky menu and disabled Wifi on the 3 sky Q boxes
