Myself and my partner recently order a router self install delivery, we received the order summary email. This includes a delivery date, and stated a delivery confirmation would follow + a contract - we didn't receive either of these, nor did the delivery come at the appointed day.
Please can someone help? We don't want to change to a different provider.
