Request Hub 5

Hello Virgin Media

I have the Hub 4 on Gig1 which is working fine , however as I now have many wifi 6 devices can I request a Hub 5 as to take use of the wifi on those devices capabilities, I have also just renewed my contract recently so would be grateful for the upgrade.

Hub5 stocks are currently being protected for "new" 1GB customers - who knows when they will release them to others.

Your best option is to stick the Hub into modem mode and get your own wifi6 router.  These can be had for ~£60 - or spend more for extra features.

Apart from in a speed test, the difference in real work maybe nothing at all.

When I bought my latest car, I got a top speed upgrade from 115 to 120 mph. Can't say I've noticed the difference driving round London.
