Replacement hub 3 not found in app

Replacement hub 3 has been sent and set-up as per instructions. Spent the evening reconnecting all devices to the new WiFi. Everything currently working as it should, but the app can't/won't connect to the hub. It is telling me it can't find the hub in the app. It is also saying it can't connect to the WiFi pods that we need around the house. I have reset the router, done a hard reset for 40 seconds and done everything the FAQs suggest. How do I get it to recognise the router in the app as well as get the pods setup on the new WiFi?

It can take a few days for the backend to catch up with the new Hub.  However, you may find the Connect app wiil reset the new Hub to the old SSID from the old Hub.  It has been reported before ....

You could have set the replacement Hub 3 to use the Wi-Fi SSID / Password of the previous Hub
and all you devices would have instantly connected.

We do not to have the VM Connect app installed on any device in the house,
the Connect app's endless tinkering with the Hub WI-Fi settings is not acceptable.
