If you need your landline for medical emergencies and VM were aware, l believe VM should supply a backup battery unit for it.

Have you tried factory resetting it?

It’s probably the circuit that’s glitching not the hub. If you post your upstream/downstream stats and the network logs, we can advise on this.

Yes we have, but the lights just go out on it and the WiFi stops.
