Poor WiFi in areas of the house

Hi, I have followed VM instructions on their website and downloaded the VM Connect app, I went through the house to different rooms and found that some of them where very poor signal/ speed. One room gave 8 and another 12

I don’t see any way of ordering a WiFi Pod after doing this, it only offers that I purchase the max pack but I’m already on a Volt m500 pack

When using the Connect App, have you ran the optimisation option to see if this helps improve the signal strength and range? We'd recommend running through the checks here that may also help.


How are the speeds over a wired connection? These will show what's available at the Hub as if this is lower than expected will impact the wireless speeds? Let us know.
