Pods Help

My WiFi disconnected around 12:30 today for an unknown reason. I have three pods and they have all disconnected. They haven’t worked since then. I have turned them on and off. I work from home and need them to use the WiFi in my office. Please help ASAP it is impossible to speak to someone via phone.
