My Outside Brown Box cover has disappeared. Who and how do I contact to get this replaced ?

Just call it in on the “faults” line - on 150 (VM Phone - free) or 0345 454 1111 (any other phone - national rate). They should sort it - or a VM person will when they pick this up in a day or two
