We have an white virgin media box in the corner of my bedroom and it runs around the room to my hub 5 while tidying up I notice the broadband wire that is connected to the box is very old and frayed and a bit loose and the connector looks very rotten to the core after all these years how do go about getting this looked at and checked i do get intermittent signals and the phone as well its been happening for a six weeks now but thought nothing of it

Many thanks for soring out the appointment engineer came this morning sorted the issues that were listed installed new cable and splitter /connector and replaced the tv connector in the living room service fault sorted and upstream power levels sorted once again many thanks
