hi i’m desperate for help, i’ve not had any wifi since yesterday and im not the account number (it’s in my ex’s name and i don’t speak to him, i just send him money every month) and i can’t get through to the customer service team as i don’t know the memorable word or account number!
this is an absolute nightmare and im close to signing up for new wifi as i can’t find a way to work around this, please someone help me!

VM have a strict rule that they only deal with the account holder.
If you can't speak to him perhaps you should set up your own broadband connection with another provider, and stop sending him the money.
